Walking through a country grove,
With oak, pines, and sycamore trees,
I saw a sudden flash of light,
And I turned to behold 2 pretty fairies.

Their hair was black, with glittering pins,
Their dress was of a single hue,
Their cheeks had a rosy blush,
Their eyes were a midnight blue.

Where were their wings?I asked myself.
For by me they were not seen.
Perhaps they weren't fairies, and yet,
Each one looked like a fairy queen.

With silent twinkling, beautiful eyes,
They took my hand and said,
"Come, its getting late,
We must all go to bed."

All three of us walked back home.
Bemused I looked above.
I realized that the "fairies" were my
sisters,
And my heart was filled with love.
